GIS-Driven Insights for Smarter Strategic Planning
Data visualization using GIS is a great way to conduct and convey complex analysis to time crunched audiences and stakeholders. As illustrated below, this is especially useful when conducting strategic planning for transportation, land use, and infrastructure systems for the short and long-terms. With limited budgets and resources, our clients need to be increasingly savvy with targeting their future investments. Using spatial analysis, GIS is able to develop models using any number of data points or evaluation criteria and visualize “hot spots” ideally suited for capital expenditures and planning interventions.
