This project used GIS to support the Woods Cross Parks, Trails, and Open Space Master Plan by mapping existing parks, trails, and open spaces and analyzing service areas based on population, accessibility, and facility distribution. The analysis helped identify gaps in park access and trail connectivity, guiding future improvements. Combined with community input, the plan ensures a well-connected, sustainable recreation system that meets the city’s growing needs.
