GMI began working with South Valley Water in 2017 when they recognized that GIS would enable them to better manage their many utility systems onsite. By meeting with the client at the beginning of the process, we were able to ensure that the data was set up in a way that supported their workflows. We also installed ArcGIS Enterprise on premises and provided support for software maintenance and upgrades as well as updates to the maps and data.
