We supported the District by automating document and data management. A key part of this work included the automatic creation of an accounts layer from the organizations billing database to create accurate GIS-based account points representing all customers. This effort included the development of a custom automated geocoding process that adapts to the types of accounts being generated. Automation was also implemented for document management regarding easements documentation and pictures. These improvements significantly enhanced data reliability, accessibility, and operational efficiency.
