A GIS-based online cemetery records research tool was created to help patrons find information regarding buried family members and to see the burial location within the cemetery. The website was built using Esri’s JavaScript Api and powered by ArcGIS Server data and SQL Server. The website provides the ability to search by a deceased name and by selecting a burial location on the map.
