GIS and Asset Management Support | Central Davis Sewer District
Kaysville, Utah
OVERVIEW
Gateway Mapping (GMI) helped Central Davis Sewer District(CDSD) build their initial GIS in the late 1990’s, and they have provided support in the form of training, data collection, application building and presentation mapping ever since. Recently, CDSD has implemented a GIS-based asset management program using Spatial IM with the assistance of GMI. GMI built histories for sewer pipes, manholes and laterals, and has helped the district implement an enterprise GIS where data produced by multiple staff members is integrated together. GMI continues to support CDSD’s efforts as they work to expand and enhance their GIS.
