Kasey serves as the General Manager of Gateway Mapping, bringing 25 years of experience in GIS solutions and technology. As a certified GIS Professional (GISP), he specializes in developing customized GIS applications, spatial analysis, data-driven decision-making, thematic mapping and master planning. Proficient in ESRI software and multiple programming languages, Kasey also provides training, software implementation, and on-site GIS support for public and private sector clients. Additionally, Kasey is J-U-B’s Director of Innovation, where he leads company efforts to be on the leading edge of upcoming technologies and innovative solutions.

Bruce joined GMI in 1996.  Based where we were founded, in Orem, Utah, he helps manage the business and directs our technology efforts.  He leads product development, enterprise systems, process design, data analytics and data governance. He provides particular expertise when it comes to solving difficult problems where he has a knack for designing and implementing solutions.  He has led the development of several commercial products including Spatial Generations, a records management system for cemeteries.  If not at work, Bruce will likely be found backpacking, training for triathlons, or exploring the world with his family.

Christina McCullock

Christina came to GMI in 2013 where she specializes in collaborating with her clients to understand their workflows and find ways to streamline them. She is skilled in managing a wide variety of essential project information and making it easily accessible for the team. Working with a multi-disciplinary team, Christina has created a GIS-based interactive site that brings design and base information from several groups together in a single easy-to-use map that has greatly enhanced information sharing for the project. Out of the office, you might catch Christina on a hiking trail in the mountains, browsing a bookstore, or just enjoying family time.

Chris joined GMI in 2018. Based in Coeur D’Alene, ID, he was the first to expand GMI’s presence outside of Utah. Chris specializes in working with cities and districts in migrating water, sewer, and transportation systems to field-friendly web maps and applications. He has particular expertise in land use and transportation planning at all scales. Working with both Kootenai County and the City of Post Falls, he has developed an innovative GIS-based model for analyzing transit ridership potential and prioritizing pedestrian and bicycle improvements. Outside of work, Chris enjoys CrossFit and traveling to new places with his wife and kids.

Jennifer joined GMI in 2020 and has over 17 years of experience in both government and the private sector. She specializes in designing GIS databases and user-friendly web-based asset management systems. Jennifer has extensive experience creating GIS-based project websites that include interactive tools for online public involvement. She is skilled in managing and analyzing data related to water, sewer, transportation, and land use. Jennifer received an award for developing a GIS planning tool to scope roadway projects, enabling organizations to view engineering designs and existing conditions while providing feedback in one application. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her family, hiking, volunteering, and working on jigsaw puzzles.

Justin Baerlocher

Justin joined the GMI team in 2019 after working as a Planner with our parent company, J-U-B Engineers, for 13 years. Based out of the Kennewick, WA office, Justin offers GIS support throughout Eastern Washington and Northeast Oregon.  He specializes in CAD to GIS data conversion as well as land use and transportation planning analysis.  Currently he is utilizing GIS to identifying future development capacity of several communities in eastern Washington as part of their Comprehensive Plan Update.  Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending time outdoors with his family.

Danika Montgomery

GIS Specialist | Kaysville, UT

Danika joined the team in 2017 and specializes in GPS/GNSS receiver configuration, troubleshooting, and training, along with GIS database management, and data visualization. She has worked extensively with many small towns in Utah and Colorado to set up and maintain cloud-based GIS workflows for utility management. Danika is also known for her expertise in cartographic design and data visualization and is the winner of the 2024 UGIC Iron Cartographer award. Aside from GIS, Danika enjoys traveling to new places with family and friends, reading classic literature, and kettlebell training.

Eliza Gillespie

Eliza started at GMI in 2020 as an intern until she finished her bachelor’s degree in geography at BYU. Since starting full-time at GMI, Eliza has worked on a variety of projects, including utility mapping, CAD to GIS conversions, asset management, and GPS data collection. Although she enjoys mapping and GIS, Eliza specializes in web development and scripting for project automation. She enjoys helping clients build custom web solutions for both data management and public involvement. Outside of work, Eliza loves gardening, crafting, doing home improvement projects with her husband, going on walks with her daughter and traveling around the world to new places.

Aditya joined the GMI team in 2024. He holds a master’s degree in computer science, with strong programming skills and experience contributing to various data processing and visualization research projects. At GMI, he contributes to projects like 811 data processing, leveraging Python, PostgreSQL, and ArcGIS. He is passionate about creating efficient solutions for streamlining processes and leveraging GIS technologies to drive innovation. Outside of work, Aditya is a chess enthusiast and enjoys traveling to new places, combining his love for strategy and exploration.

Kerrigan joined the GMI team in 2025. They earned their Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies from LSU, with minors in Archaeology, GIS, and Geography. They began their career in the field as an archaeologist and have leveraged that experience to use GIS software to bridge the gap for our clients between data collection in the field and data accessibility and analysis in the office. Outside of work, they enjoy hiking, exploring rivers and forests, sketching, and diving into audiobooks.

Brooke joined GMI in 2025. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography and a master’s certificate in GIS, as well as 5 years of work experience in database structure. Her focus at GMI is currently creating project maps, managing ArcGIS Online data, and creating web applications for clients using ArcGIS Online. Brooke enjoys working with challenging data sets to create efficient solutions for clients. In her personal time, Brooke loves to hike, travel, bake, read, knit, and work in her garden.
