Kasey started with GMI in 2001. He was made the General Manager of GMI in 2017. One of his career objectives is to help his civil engineering counterparts learn how to apply GIS on every project. Kasey directs the Gateway Mapping team in building and maintaining client relationships and developing projects. He provides expertise in GIS-based infrastructure management, helping clients develop both fixed and mobile applications. He is a master at earning client trust and confidence.
Bruce joined the GMI team in 1996. He is the Director of Geospatial Technology at GMI and specializes in GIS application development for the web, GIS analysis, software development, and project management. His passion for GIS and genealogy inspired the creation of Spatial GENERATIONS®, a popular cemetery records management software, and NAMES IN STONE®, a website dedicated to helping people find deceased ancestors using interactive cemetery maps.
Neal began his career with GMI in 2004. He works closely with government agencies to help them plan, implement, and maintain effective geographic information systems. He develops new projects and new clients, and oversees the technical support, training, and cartographic services GMI provides to many agencies. Neal is an industry leader in Airport Geographic Information Systems (AGIS) and is the GIS liaison to the Aviation Group of J-U-B ENGINEERS, Inc.
Christina started with GMI in 2013. Prior to joining our team, she gained valuable, industry experience as a project manager, mapping coordinator, and survey technician. She now works closely with municipalities to help them build and maintain effective geographic information systems. She provides GIS technical support and training, and designs and develops presentation quality maps and other cartographic services.
Danika comes to GMI from Garmin, where she worked on a data creation team for their navigation and recreation technology group. She brings this experience to GMI, where she specializes in the creation, conversion, and management of GIS data. She provides expertise in map design and production to a variety of local government agencies and internal clients. Because of her experience with multiple GIS software programs, she is proficient in integrating and manipulating data across multiple platforms.
Chris comes to GMI from the City of Seattle Department of Transportation, Policy & Planning Division. He has particular expertise in integrated land use and transportation planning at all scales. He developed an innovative GIS-based methodology that would become a national model for analyzing the development and transit ridership potential of light rail station areas and bus corridors. He was recognized for this work when he was named as one of Mass Transit Magazine’s Top 40 Under 40 in 2012. Way to go Chris! Chris adds significant strength to our GIS services as we expand into Northern Idaho.
