3. Needs Assessment. Work with a Gateway Mapping Specialist to determine your mapping and data needs. We will help you develop a scope of work and corresponding budget based on your data, personnel, and applications. We emphasize maximum usability as we help you define your needs.
   
4. Purchase Spatial IM and ArcView. Before you purchase Spatial IM, make sure your Needs Assement is complete. If you also need to purchase ArcView, let us know.
   
5. Training. Spatial IM is the easiest map-based asset management software on the market. However, the nature of map-based asset management software is different than common office software. Depending on your skill level with computers, you may need some training. We offer live training over the Internet or in a classroom setting.
