Q. What other software will I need to use Spatial IM™?A. Other than Windows 2000 or XP, you will need a copy of ArcView®, ArcEditor® or ArcInfo® version 9.0 or newer.
Q. I don’t have a digital map of the assets we wish to track. How do I get one?
A. If you do not have a digital map, or you do have a map but it is not in ArcView, we can help. We provide mapping services, data conversions services, or we can work with your staff or consultant. Contact a Gateway Mapping representative for details.
Q. What comes with the purchase of Spatial IM?
A. You get Spatial IM software, installation instructions, and demonstration data.
Q. What about training?
A. We offer the following training options: on-line training where our specialist will train you over the Internet; training courses at our facility in Orem, Utah (small classes, lots of attention); or training at your facility. Contact us for training schedules and options.
Q. What about technical support?
A. We offer pay-as-you-go support. This option allows you to call us as you need support, paying only for the time needed to resolve your questions. We also offer Block Support. To assist with budgetary constraints, support can be pre-purchased in blocks of 10 hours each. A support block can be carried for up to 1.5 years.
