The Idaho Transportation Department District 4 enlisted the help of J-U-B Engineers, Inc. (J-U-B) and subsidiary company Gateway Mapping Inc. (GMI) to solicit feedback regarding issues with the South Jerome Interchange on Interstate 84 in Idaho. The public was asked for ideas on how the interchange could be improved and what issues they saw in relation to the area. GMI built an online public-comment portal to support this effort. This information was used to help redesign the interchange. The public will soon have another opportunity to review the new design and offer their feedback. The website for this project provides opportunity for citizens to give feedback from anywhere and allows them to link their ideas to the specific geographic location.
