Spatial IM offers the unique ability to record and organize information based on multiple observations or visits to an asset. Spatial IM becomes a “library” of timely information. Best of all, this library can be accessed in the field and in the office. Easily store and retrieve information for multiple years. Legend
The Legend box is a listing of the various layers that make up the cemetery map. What is a Layer? A layer is simply a grouping of similar information on the map. For example, all graves reside on the graves layer, all lots belong on the lots layer and so forth. The Legend box shows how each layer will appear on the map. To change the appearance of a layer, click on the layer name in the legend. This opens a window that allows you to change colors, add labels, and color code graves based on the status – available, sold, not available, and so forth. |

| Search/Report Tab Searching-Multiple Results
Searching-Multiple Results
Entering information is great, but if you can’t easily retrieve it, it’s not much use. That is why we have created an easy to use searching and reporting system. - From this screen you have the ability to search for multiple records and create a useful report.
- Perform a quick search based on a single variable – all deceased with the last name of Smith, all burials in 2004, etc.
- Use the advanced search function for very detailed searches such as, all burials in March of 2005, or all graves owned by Robert Jones, or all grave openings this week and the locations.
It’s extremely simple, and you will love the power. |

The search results from Step 1 are shown in the Results window. Review the records and columns to determine if your results include the information expected. To assist with this verification, the number of records found are displayed in the box at the top right. If the results contain the information expected, move on to Step 3 to format or print the information. |
